How to upgrade your OMS subscription

Please send a request to upgrade your OMS subscription to our Support desk - your subscription will be upgraded accordingly (normally within 1 business day). A pro-rata rate will be charged for the difference in your subscription fee and will be adjusted in future invoices.


How to downgrade your OMS subscription

Please send a request to downgrade your OMS subscription to our Support desk - your subscription will be downgraded accordingly (normally within 1 business day). Please note that your monthly invoice will be adjusted in the following month.


How to cancel your subscription

Should you wish to cancel any of our services, we require a one month calendar notice from the appropriate person within your office. To submit your one month calendar notice please complete the following online form: Cancel My Subscription
