Please note that listings captured through PropCtrl (meaning that you did not use the OMS to list) cannot be removed by Entegral Technologies' support team, unfortunately - we can only offer support on listings captured through the OMS interface. 

In the case where a listing is stuck and was captured using PropCtrl, it can only be removed by manually logging into Property24's PropCtrl System and removing the listing in question.
