For national clients we provide the functionality to move an agent between offices. How to:

  • In the OMS click on Setup / Office Members
  • Open the person you want to move to another office
  • Click on the 'move to another office' button
  • You will be asked to choose the office in your group and to confirm the move
  • Allow up to 24 hours for the changes to reflect on websites


For single offices who want to move an agent to another office also using the OMS, please send a request to our support department. We will need confirmation from both the source and receiving office owners that this can be done.
