Users will be able to select a sales tracking template for offers captured in the OMS. For groups, setting up templates from your head office, allows all offices in your group to access this.
All offer sales tracking fields will be pre populated with the info from the template selected including estimated duration to complete a task and responsible person. Reports will be linked to this to provide you with an overview of pending and overdue sales tasks for your office or organisation.
The sales tracking template setup is available to users with roles of: office administrators, office managers/owners, organisational manager.
