It is company policy that we do not edit any listings (or other data) in the OMS on behalf of a client.
This is to ensure that we keep tight data security of all client data and that no one, except you and your office manager, have access to your data.
Only in extreme circumstances, e.g. bug in the system where we have to manually update data, can this be performed by Entegral employees. In all these cases an electronic trail (email) will be kept on any changes done.
