The OMS (Office Management System) can be used to store your important contacts, there are various ways to create a new contact.


First is to add it through your contact module.


Log onto the Office Management System

Then go to Contacts > New Contact as indicated below



Simply follow the wizard through page 1 to 4, each time clicking on the "next" button to proceed to the following page.







You can also add a contact while you upload a listing on step 4 of 9

Simply select appropriate button then follow the wizard again as indicated previously, when you are done continue onto your listing
