Property24 currently supports the following property types: House, Apartment/Flat, Townhouse, Vacant land/Plot, Farm, Commercial Property, and Industrial Property.
The property types available on the Property24 portal are recognized and correspond with the registered property types of the South African deeds office.
Clusters are deemed as a descriptive property type of a house or townhouse and are not directly searchable.
Cottage type not supported and will update as a house
Duet type not supported and will update as a house
Please mention in the description that it is a Cluster, Cottage or Duet
