Estate agents often want to display the listings that they've sold on their website for the public to view.
In order to mark a listing as "sold" you need to do the following in the OMS system:
Log on to the OMS with your username and password.
Enter the reference number of the sold listing in the quick search field or open the listing under the Property Module - Quick Search.
The mandate screen of the particular property will open.
Click on the status drop down menu and select "Sold (Registered)"
Click on save.
The listing will now appear as a sold listing on your flex website for a period of 6 weeks.
After 6 weeks, this listing will be inactive and can be found in the OMS under Property - Advanced Search - select the sold registered status.
