Estate agents often want to display the listings that they've sold on their website for the public to view. 

In order to mark a listing as "sold" you need to do the following in the OMS system: 

  • Log on to the OMS with your username and password. 
  • Enter the reference number of the sold listing in the quick search field or open the listing under the Property Module - Quick Search.
  • The mandate screen of the particular property will open.

  • Click on the status drop down menu and select "Sold (Registered)" 
  • Click on save. 

The listing will now appear as a sold listing on your flex website for a period of 6 weeks.

After 6 weeks, this listing will be inactive and can be found in the OMS under Property - Advanced Search - select the sold registered status.
