Our team has made it easy for you to identify problem listings, once logged onto Base your dashboard will indicate whether

you have sync errors on listings.

To identify these listings click on the listings icon in the menu

You can now easily filter on active, pending or error statuses for listing syndication

To view the reason for the error open the listing and click on sync. Now mouse over the error to view the reason why the external portal is not accepting the listing.

Fix the error e.g. add bathrooms or photos or correct the suburb and save, now wait a short while for the listing to update to the relevant portals.
