Base users can customize notification alerts for property mandates.

Office administrators can navigate to settings / customize and set two notifications:

The two settings can help your agents take pro-active action on mandates.

You can also enable a profile to receive all the notifications alerts (usually on an admin profile)

Click the cogwheel/Settings/Users/Edit and Integrations

 A sample of the dashboard notification can be seen below. The action button will take the user to the listing.
